Most shows find a host. This one started with a person and worked backwards. We didn’t fit Uorfi into an existing format.
We started by understanding her energy completely, sharp, playful, chaotic, unapologetically loud, and let that define how the show should behave before we touched how it should look. The format had to hold all of that without flattening it.
We started with the name. Bunkk tapped into something rebellious and nostalgic, setting the mood before we shot a single frame. From there, we built the physical and visual world of the IP. We designed the set as a campus canteen, not a studio. We treated every element as communication: signage, menu boards, pinboards, walls, all written in the host’s voice. We gave food its own character, placing it deliberately and naming it cheekily to drive humour. We leaned the colour palette into punk energy through high contrast and neon, then managed the clutter carefully so the space felt lived-in without pulling focus from the conversation.
The result is an entertainment IP with personality at its core, not personality bolted onto a format. Tight planning and sharp creative briefs gave the production structural clarity, and that clarity is exactly what made room for organic chaos rather than chaos that needed managing. The set shapes how guests behave in it, conversations flow, the format feels effortless on screen. None of that was an accident. It came from the work underneath it.
